The Helly Hansen Warm Freeze Half Zip features two different components, the inner Lifa® fibres ensure you stay dry, while the outer, soft Merino wool adds warmth and comfort. The Lifa® fabric used in HH Warm baselayers feature a hollow T3 fiber construction. Imitating polar bear fur, this innovative design provides even greater moisture transport and insulating performance.

This unique combination of man-made and natural fibre integration, delivers exceptional warmth and dryness in the coldest environments, as the T3™ Polypropylene content ensures moisture is rapidly moved away from the skin.

Merino Wool

In contrast to synthetics, Merino Wool can absorb up to 3 times its own weight in moisture vapour which means less sweat on your body. Merino absorbs the odours from sweat; you can wear merino wool for several days without the need for washing. Less washing is good for the environment and good for garment integrity and good for your pocket too.
