UK Delivery Rates
We offer FREE DELIVERY on ALL orders of £50 or over excluding Go-Karts & Bikes under £300 or those on promotion. Orders under £50 carry a delivery charge of only £5.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering, with the exception of bicycles & other large objects which take a little longer as they must be prepared by one of our cycle mechanics. We expect all deliveries to be completed within 5 working days.
All standard orders are placed on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service & all Premium delivery services are placed on a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
For larger goods we use ParcelForce 48 or 24 dependent on your choice of delivery option.
Please note we do not ship on Saturday’s, Sunday’s or public Holidays.
If for some reason we are unable to ship within these time frames we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to confirm an alternative delivery date.
Exclusions
Go-Karts & Trailers can only be purchased as a "Click & Collect". Due to their size and shape we can not ship these items. All Go-Karts bought in-store or as "Click & Collect" are fully assembled at no extra charge.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship gas due to them being deemed as dangerous goods. These can, however, be purchased & collected in-store.
International Delivery Rates
Deliveries to the EU will receive free shipping on all orders over £200. Any orders below this will have a £10 delivery fee.
Deliveries to the rest of the world will receive free shipping on all orders over £200. Any orders below this will have a £25 delivery fee.
The same exclusions mentioned previously still apply.
Click & Collect
This option is available if you are able to call to the store to collect. If you select this option please allow at least 24 hours before you call to collect. For larger items allow for an additional 24 hours.
Once your item(s) is ready for collection we will send an email to let you know.
We no longer offer the option to pay for click & collect orders in-store. All click & collect orders must be paid for online.

Payments
We support all major Credit & Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay. We provide short term finance options from companies such as Klarna & ClearPay.
Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store & can be used on our webstore or in-store.
Loyalty points can be earned from purchases In-store & Online but can only currently be redeemed In-store.
Refunds Online
If you have changed your mind, we are happy to provide a complete refund (Excludes premium delivery charges & returns cost) providing that the product is in its original packaging, unused with all tags and labels still attached. Refunds for this reason are available up to 14 days from the date of placing the order. After this period we will accept a return for this reason up to 30 days but the item only will be refunded. After the 30 day period we will not provide a refund for this reason.
