This contract sets out:

  • your legal rights and responsibilities;
  • our legal rights and responsibilities; and
  • certain key information required by law.

In this contract:

  • ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Outdoor Life; and
  • ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to buy goods from us.

When buying anything from our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other documents referred to in them.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team.

Ordering Goods

By placing an order via our website (www.outdoorlife4u.co.uk), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it.

When you place an order at the end of the check-out process (by clicking “Pay”), we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email is an order acknowledgement and does not mean that we accept your order. We may reject your order for the following reasons:

  • the goods are out of stock or unavailable;
  • we cannot authorise your payment;
  • we are not allowed to sell the goods to you;
  • you are not allowed to buy the goods from us; or
  • there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods.

A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will be formed when your payment has been approved, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements and you will not have ownership of the goods until they have been dispatched.

In order to contract with Outdoor Life you must be over 18 years of age. Outdoor Life retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

Pricing & Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Delivery exclusions

Go-Karts & Trailers can only be purchased as a "Click & Collect". Due to their size and shape we can not ship these items. All Go-Karts bought in-store or as "Click & Collect" are fully assembled at no extra charge.

Bikes shipped to UK Mainland will NOT be offered free delivery and will incur an additional charge of £40 at the checkout. For bike orders within Northern Ireland there is no delivery charge.

All bikes sent out have a full PDI performed by our Cytech trained mechanics before shipping, so all you have to do is turn the handlebars and put the front wheel in. All bikes purchased in-store or as "Click & Collect" are fully assembled at no extra charge & there is no additional fee for "Click & Collect" purchases.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship gas due to them being deemed as dangerous goods. These can, however, be purchased & collected in-store.

Refunds Online

If you have changed your mind, we are happy to provide a complete refund (Excludes premium delivery charges & returns cost) providing that the product is in its original packaging, unused with all tags and labels still attached. Refunds for this reason are available up to 14 days from the date of placing the order. After this period we will accept a return for this reason up to 30 days but the item only will be refunded. After the 30 day period we will not provide a refund for this reason.

If the item is purchased online and is faulty within 30 days you are entitled to a full refund (Includes carriage fees). After this period we hold the right to provide a replacement or repair. If this can not be fulfilled we ask for the item to be sent back for inspection. After inspection, if the product is faulty we will refund the item and all delivery fees.
The customer is responsible for costs of the return unless we have dispatched an incorrect item or the product has a genuine fault. We will reimburse the cost of return delivery after inspection of the item & the delivery receipt is provided by the consumer to our customer service department sales@outdoorlife4u.co.uk.
For hygiene purposes, we are unable to offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed. This will not apply if the product should be faulty.
Refunds In-store
Refunds in-store are only available if the item is faulty within 30 days of purchase. After this time we will offer a replacement or repair of your item. If we can not provide this then a full refund will be supplied.
For all other returns where the item has not encountered a fault, customers will only receive an exchange or credit onto their account.
The same T&C's apply as above.

Payment

All items must be paid for in full in advance of shipping. Credit and debit card, Apple Pay & Google Pay are all processed via our secure Lightspeed Payments portal. All Klarna payments are processed via our secure Stripe Portal. All ClearPay payments are processed through our secure ClearPay portal. All PayPal payments are processed via our secure PayPal portal.

All items must be paid for before shipping.

The financial contract for all finance payments made via Klarna, ClearPay & PayPal credit is with the provider chosen during the checkout stage.

We no longer offer the option to pay for click & collect orders in-store. All click & collect orders must be paid for online.
